Key responsibilities:

  • Book B2B meetings with high-profile enterprise buyers for account executives through various outbound channels

  • Develop creative tactics and a tailored strategy to generate interest among key decision-makers in a proven high-ROI solution

  • Oversee Lead Research Specialists in lead enrichment to obtain more effective input for cold outreach

  • Collaborate with the team to better generate opportunities and provide feedback on lead quality and outreach

  • Monitor personal performance metrics and KPIs to assess effectiveness

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to understand prospects’ needs better and improve targeting strategies

  • Improve our existing SDR process to make your own role more efficient

Key requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Market Research and Analysis, Lead Generation, or similar outbound marketing role

  • Strong written communication skills — ability to draft compelling, concise, and customized emails that engage retail prospects

  • Understanding of cold outreach strategies, including subject line optimization and CTA performance

  • Creating and interpreting pivot tables

  • Experience working in or targeting the retail industry is highly preferred

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a test-and-learn attitude
