Bolt Food orders are now synchronised in Pickitoo’s solution

Bolt Food, a leading on-demand delivery platform and Pickitoo, an all-in-one quick-commerce SaaS solution, have partnered to help retailers grow their grocery delivery businesses. From now on, Bolt Food orders can be synchronised in Pickitoo’s solution, allowing partners to process them alongside orders from other sales channels.

As the delivery sector continues to grow, many retail and grocery partners struggle with fragmented systems, manual processes, and operational inefficiencies. This partnership brings Bolt Food’s demand together with Pickitoo’s unified, AI-powered operations, allowing partners to manage Bolt Food orders alongside other sales channels in a single dashboard.

With the Bolt Food and Pickitoo integration, Bolt Food orders flow directly into Pickitoo’s single dashboard, alongside other sales channels. Retailers can manage stock, pricing, and fulfilment centrally - reducing complexity, saving time, and making delivery easier to scale. The combined solution lets retailers expand into quick commerce while staying in control of their operations, helping them serve today’s convenience-driven customers without having to rebuild their tech stack.

Tadas Norusaitis, CEO and Co-founder of Pickitoo said: “When retailers look to expand beyond traditional store sales, quick-commerce offers a powerful growth lever. Bolt Food delivers reach and demand. Pickitoo provides the control and operational efficiency needed to turn orders into sustainable growth.”

Audrey Ceuppens, Director of Special Projects at Bolt Delivery, added: “We share Pickitoo’s goal of helping retail and grocery partners grow while delivering a better experience for consumers. By syncing Bolt Food orders directly into Pickitoo, retailers can manage all their sales channels in one place, making it easier to offer reliable availability, faster delivery, and greater convenience to local communities.”

The partnership is already live with many other retailers like Penny in Romania, IKI in Lithuania, and with Metro in Cyprus. Customers can order groceries through the Bolt Food app, while Metro manages inventory, pricing, and order fulfilment through Pickitoo’s unified dashboard.
